What people ask before they buy.
- What counts as a line?
- A production line you monitor — one or more cameras and machines grouped together. Devices on the same line are not billed separately.
- Do I need to buy hardware from you?
- No. Yomiro runs on standard edge hardware and talks to the cameras and machines you already have. We can advise on a device if you would rather not choose one.
- Which AI models does it use?
- Open models that you choose, swap and retrain. The assistant runs on your own LLM provider under your own key, so nothing you send trains a model anyone else benefits from.
- What happens to my data?
- It stays in your tenant. Dashboards, alerts and device configuration are documents you can export at any time, and the on-premise bridge is read-only and outbound-only.
- Can I try it before committing?
- Yes. Book a demo and we will set you up with an environment that has data in it, so you can see the product working rather than watch a slide deck.
- How long does setup take?
- Devices are discovered automatically and an agent proposes the first dashboards and alerts, so the first useful view is minutes rather than weeks. Connecting business systems takes longer and depends on your ERP.
